HRM 600 Garmin

If you train by zones, a chest strap is still the most accurate way to read your heart. The HRM 600 is Garmin's most complete heart rate monitor: it sends real-time heart rate and HRV (heart rate variability) to your Edge, compatible Garmin watch, smart trainer and apps like Tacx Training™, over ANT+ and Bluetooth at the same time. On the bike you get clean data from the first effort, without the lag optical sensors show on surges, sprints and intervals. If you head out without a watch, the HRM 600 records the activity on its own and syncs it straight to Garmin Connect™. If you also run, a compatible watch adds running dynamics: ground contact time, vertical oscillation and step speed loss. The rechargeable battery lasts up to 2 months at one hour a day, so no more swapping coin cells before the Saturday long ride. It has a status LED and a button to wake and pair it, is water rated to 5 ATM, and the strap is machine washable. Available in two sizes: XS-S and M-XL.
